Upon arrival, you are greeted by our local tour guide and transferred to downtown about 25 minutes.
Visit Shwedagon Pagoda at dusk, when its golden stupa glows under the sunshine and floodlights. You can see lots of people gather in the square of the Pagoda to make praying. Also the sunset at Shwedagon Pagoda is a spectacular view that you should not miss.
In the morning drive to Bago, which is only about 60kms from Yangon.
Visit Shwe Maw Daw Paya, which is often referred to be the Golden God Temple. At 375 feet in height, it holds the record for the tallest pagoda in the country.
Then appreciate the the second largest Buddha - Shew Thalyaung Buddha; head to Kyaikpun Paya to catch a glimpse of the Four Seated Buddha shrine sitting back to back to four directions.
Wander around Bogyoke Aung San Market (Scotts' Market) to explore the local life.
Take the morning flight to Bagan from Yangon about 80minutes.
Visit Ananda Temple, which is recognized as the best preserved and the most revered of Bagan temples.
Shwezigon Pagoda is considered as Bagan's most significant shrine.
Shwesandaw Pagoda is the first monument in Bagan.Kyauk Gu Umin with sunset boat ride. Continue boating downriver back towards Bagan, watching life along the riverbanks.
Drive to Salay, a colorful old religious center in Central Myanmar. It is about 1.5 hours south of Bagan.
Visit the famous monastery "Yoke-Sone-Kyaung''. Continue to wander around the town, visiting the market and the Thar Ta Na Yaung Chi monastery, which also serves as orphanage.
Afternoon drive to POPA to visit Mount Popa. It is an extinct volcano that is estimated to have erupted for the final time, over twenty thousand and three hundred years ago.
Take the morning flight to Mandalay from Bagan about 30 minutes.
Visit Mandalay Palace, which was the first palace built in Mandalay.
Mandalay Hill is the landmark of Mandalay and also serves as a natural watchtower.
Sandamuni Pagoda has many slender whitewashed ancillary stupas in its grounds.
Maha Myat Muni Pagoda is the holiest pilgrimage site in Mandalay.
Drive to Amarapura, which is only about 11km from Mandalay.
Enjoy a sightseeing tour of Amarapura today. The first stop is Pahtodawgyi Pagoda. Then take boat cruising on Taungthaman Lake through the "Bridge of Lovers" - U Bein Bridge.
Later head to Mahagandayone Monastery to watch the daily life and education of monks in Mahagandayone Monastery, and observe cotton & silk-weaving cottage industries.
Take the morning flight to Heho from Mandalay about 35 minutes.
Sightseeing in Kalaw with a light trek to nearby villages (3-4 hours).
Popular hill station in the British days. Kalaw sits high on the western edge of the Shan Plateau. It's still a peaceful and quiet place with an atmosphere reminiscent of the colonial era.
Today's highlight is to take a boat to explore Inle Lake. Visit Floating Gardens of Hydroponics system (especially tomato, others vegetables) to know how farmers do their work in the gardens.
Then head to Phaung-daw-Oo Pagoda and visit Intha Village to talk with the local minorities.
Nga Phe Chaung Monastery, one of the most impressive of the many monasteries on the lake with its 150-200 pillars with elaborate wooden carvings. It is also known as the “jumping cat monastery”.
Take the morning flight to Yangon from Heho about 70 minutes.
Visit Sule Pagoda, within a traffic circle you can see “Window sightseeing”.
National Museum of Myanmar is the main museum of Burmese art, history and culture.
