6 Days Hanoi - Halong Bay - Saigon Smiling Tour

Upon arrival at airport, you are warmly welcomed by our tour guide and transferred to your hotel for check-in and relax. 

Afternoon, an interesting Hanoi sightseeing tour is waiting for you. You can enjoy 1-hour cyclo tour to experience a real and unique Vietnam daily life in the past and present: roam around the Hoan Kiem Lake, walk across the red-painted Huc Bridge to visit Ngoc Son Temple, also called Jade Mountain Temple, and then wander the famous Old Quarter street to know about local customs. 

Appreciate an appealing Water Puppet Show and enjoy welcome dinner. Spend your nightlife in Hanoi.

Leave Hanoi at 8:00am for Halong Bay, the World Heritage area of outstanding natural beauty on the ocean. 

Upon arrival, get on the private boat cruising around the islands, islets, caves and grottoes to appreciate this beautiful natural masterpiece with outstanding and universal aesthetic value. Enjoy a featured seafood lunch on boat and take a short excursion to Surprising Cave and short swim (if weather permitted). 

Drive back to Hanoi and stay overnight in Hanoi.

After breakfast in the morning, visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where Vietnam leader read the Declaration of Independence in 1945 and the neighboring Ho Chi Minh Museum. 

Continue on to One Pillar Pagoda, one of Vietnam's two iconic historic Buddhist temples, then appreciate Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest pagoda with a picturesque view, followed by Temple of Literature, the first university of Vietnam. 

Enjoy a featured lunch and take the afternoon flight to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon). 

Today begins with a drive to Cu Chi to visit the military base of Vietnamese Army, a system of tunnels, to understand how Vietnamese people lived, struggled and won the war. 

Then return to Saigon. Take short excursion to Reunification Palace of great historic significance and visit War Museum to have a look at the remnants of war. 

Ben Thanh Market is also on your visit-list, which is popular with tourists seeking local handicrafts, textiles, ao dai, and souvenirs, as well as local cuisine. Enjoy your nightlife in Saigon.

Leave the busy city for Mekong Delta region. 

Upon arrival at Cai Be, enjoy the local lifestyle with a boat navigating around the small canals in the delta region. Observe the floating market where sellers and buyers bargaining and exchanging their goods from their boats. Roam around and observe how the people make the living from fruit trees such as coconut, corn and other local product. 

On the way back to Ho Chi Minh city, stop along the way to see Cho Lon, Saigon's China town. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh (Saigon).
